Breaking the Closed Guard, Knee Slide
2 Part Technique - If you have the chance, pick up the opponent every time you stand. Hold the opponent's collars and continue controlling his upper body by grabbing an Under hook. The Under hook will prevent the opponent from returning to the mat and attacking your legs. Press inside his knee to break the guard. If the opponent forces holding closed guard by hugging around you, press on his hips instead and open your knees so he cannot take you down.
