Armbar Escape
2 Part Technique - Hold your arms together as you would with a Rear Naked Choke to prevent the initial Armbar Submission. Now, you must bridge and rotate your hips and knees to the mat. Crawl to your knees for posture and bring weight on top of the opponent. Continue to shake and release your elbow so you can free your arm from the submission. If the opponent reaches under your legs to sweep you, jump to the other side and restart the process.
