Good evening everybody on MGinAction.com!
As everyone knows, one of the most important parts of Jiu-Jitsu besides rolling, is to drill different techniques and moves.
I think everyone who practices Jiu Jitsu tries often drill techniques...
I'm curious to know from you, how much time you devote for drilling techniques in
your academy for a lesson and how many times you drill one move? Thank you!

I do the most i can with my time.
Before rolling & after stretching I would do drills for like 20 minutes with a partner.
I love passing drills more than offense moves. I'd rather invest more time and energy practicing my offense during the roll itself.
Passing drills always tend to condition my body to react dynamically, like explode high and fast, or slow deliberate passes with a lot of base / weight on my partner, or sometimes flow passes like flowing along the contours of my partner's body with lots of opposite turns, hip twists etc.
I also do a lot of stability ball flow drills. IMO they go very well together in this.
