2 Part Technique - The North South Choke is one of Marcelo's strongest submissions in his arsenal. It's the solution when you pass the opponent's guard and they don't try to escape the position, but defend against attacks. It is important to use your side to push the opponent's head away for a strong and secure North South Choke.

Hi, the Iphone and Ipad have browsers especially designed to play flash. There are quite a few out now, but the best seems to be "Photon", it's what I use. Hope this is of some help.
