Continue holding the 2on1 and look to clear open space for a Triangle Choke by placing your free foot on the far bicep. Crash down on the back of his neck with your leg, driving your hips upward as you cut the angle to lock the figure-four. [II] If the opponent prevents you from clearing the inside with your foot on his bicep, cross the 2on1 Control onto your lap and swing down on his near shoulder for the Omoplata. The key to the finish here is to make sure to chop down heavily on the shoulder, forcing it to the mat for the sit-up.
