Overhook & Wrist Control Triangle from Butterfly Guard → Armbar from Triangle → Elbow Push Escape vs Triangle Counter/Pass
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows a fast armbar and guard recovery from the Triangle: [I] If your opponent tries to claim and underhook against your Butterfly Guard while you're holding the opposite wrist, you can sneak your foot out onto his hip and attack for the Triangle. If your opponent tries to duck out of your hold, pinch your knees together and catch his elbow in hyperextension for a quick armbar. [II] If your opponent escapes your Triangle and begins to pass to your side, answer back by recovering with an Elbow Push Escape back to Butterfly Guard.
