Step forward with your outside leg and set his head under your armpit after clasping your hands together with a Seatbelt Grip. Use your outside foot to help slow down your decent as your opponent tries to place his back flat on the mat. Balance on your forehead and settle your weight onto his neck for the finish. [II] If your opponent quickly throws himself back before you have a chance to step ahead, use your foot to push yourself laterally and roll over your shoulder while keeping the choke. Cover the back of his head and place your leg across his back to finish from bottom.
