Omoplata from Open Guard, North South Choke from Side Control
2 Part Technique - The opponent will commonly press your back to the mat using the fabric inside your pants as control. Control the opponent's arm by his elbow for an opportunity to swing your leg over for the Omoplata. Sit up immediately and connect your hands below the opponent's far shoulder for a controlled Omoplata. If the opponent rolls to escape, continue to control at the opponent's trapped arm to stabilize the position. When you see the opponent is flat, secure the North South Choke and release his trapped arm.
