2 Part Technique - Before you can establish controls to perform various sweeps, you must Hand Fight first. Use Hand Fighting to prevent the opponent from establishing grips while being offensive for your own controls and grips. Sometimes when the opponent defends your offensive hand fighting and pulls his hands away, it exposes their body for Under Hooks. However, many times the opponent will not even hand fight, so bait the opponent with your own hand to set up a 2on1 Control or Armdrag.
