Single Leg Takedown, Sprawl, Bridge vs Roll
2 Part Technique - A possible situation from many takedowns is with your opponent trying to roll or reverse you using your momentum. This usually occurs from leg attacking takedowns, like the Single Leg or Double Leg. It would be great if you could sprawl your weight down to counter their reaction, however that is not always possible. Instead, accept the position and land with your feet planted and hips raised to form a bridge.
