3 Part Technique - The Back Step Pass is a solution for passing without an underhook, but if your opponent makes it past your crossface and goes deep, preventing the backstep, thwart his plans by swinging your free leg over his face, landing on the opposite side with an underhook for the Leg Over Pass vs Half Guard. If he hangs onto your leg, immediately grab onto the back of his tricep and use it to pull him onto his side to finish the Leg Over Pass. If pulling his arm doesn't work, push off of his head until you can pass your leg by and spin around for the Guillotine. Bring your elbow on top of his shoulder as you step over into the mount for the finish.
