Over Under Control vs Butterfly, Over Under Control vs Half Guard, Over Under Pass vs Half Guard
2 Part Technique - Develop the coordination to engage against an opponent's Butterfly Guard using the Over Under Control. If an opponent blocks your Over Hook against his Half Guard, navigate your way through the obstacle. Recognize where the opponent is blocking and collapse or parry his post.
