2 Part Technique - Defend against the Reverse De-La-Riva Guard by driving your weight through your shin onto your opponent's thigh to avoid the hook. If he begins to invert for a Spiral Guard Sweep, prevent his other leg from crossing over and commit to a Knee Slide Pass without upper body control. Land on his side checking his hip and holding the back of his neck. If he turns onto his knees before you can establish with Knee-On-Belly, spin around to his opposite side and fasten the Seatbelt, taking his Back.
