3 Part Technique - The Seat Belt Control is the most important aspect in keeping control of the opponent's back. If he hand fights away your Seat Belt connection, grip his lapel across his neck and answer with the Bow and Arrow Choke. — No matter where your opponent exposes his Back from, e.g. a failed shot, pass prevention, et al., run to it and take it with the Seatbelt. However, if your opponent is blocking you from connecting your hands right away with a Ball-N-Socket Grip, immediately remove your hands from his reach and try again for the Seatbelt a moment later. If you can manage to catch his collar with your choking hand against his defense, dive for a cradle and finish the Bow-N-Arrow Choke with a Katahajime variation (i.e., Collar Choke + Cradle + Half Nelson|Ezekiel).

Same. No volume from a Mac desktop. Looks very interesting though.
