3 Part Lesson — Marcelo explains the two methods for clearing your bottom hook out for the Bow-N-Arrow Choke; and, also how to finish when your opponent runs away from your grip: [I] If the opponent bridges on top of you while transitioning your hooks for the Bow-N-Arrow, tuck your bottom leg underneath his body and then mount over for the finish. [II] If the opponent sits up, sit up with him and use the pant-grip to pull yourself seated as you swing your bottom leg out from the top. [III] If the opponent clears your bottom hook and begins running away, get on top and finish with Katahajime.
