2 Part Technique - Folding the opponent's legs together is one of the strongest ways to immobilize his legs to play guard. Use one arm to post and the other to press the opponent's legs at an angle for a moment. Your arms are not strong enough to hold the position, so replace the pushing arm with your stomach. Swim for the Over Under Control and use your hips to squeeze his knee together to completely control your new dominant position. Swipe your shin over to hold his legs together and circle heavily to complete the pass. Often, the opponent will attempt a Hook Sweep from your Folding Pass. Switch your hips and wedge your leg inside to collapse his legs again. Climb up the opponent's body with your free knee first to mount him.
