Focus & Improvement
Marcelo talks on the importance of setting goals for improvement during live training. If you do not make a conscious effort to fix your mistakes or rid yourself of weaknesses, especially when you begin to tire, you will not make effective strides in terms of progress in jiu-jitsu. If you want to get better at jiu-jitsu, you must focus on a specific task rather than leaving requisite situations just to chance while sparring.
