2 Part Lesson — Marcelo makes a defensively minded opponent vulnerable to submission: [I] If your opponent lies on his back and protects his arms and neck, roll him up onto his side tightly without exposing gaps for his escape. Continue rolling him until you bring him onto his knees where you can look to fasten the Seatbelt. Roll over with the opponent when he tries to escape and recover your hooks by either stepping over or bellying down. [II] If the opponent reveals his neck while turtled, make as deep a grip as possible and maintain tight head pressure throughout the back take toward the finish.

I don't know if it would be possible to know what Marcelo would recommend if the opponent goes to try and wrap/secure his elbow on the under hook side of the seatbelt? Does he simply make sure they don't get his elbow or is he comfortable to continue rolling over and working these options? Judo guys are really good at reversing this position.
