Dig your fingertips into his shoulder blade and pull your forearm straight into the opponent's throat. Don't lift your elbow; simply anchor your hands and pull the elbow behind his opposite shoulder. [04:29][II] Maintain an even pressure when finishing the choke; you must find a level that you are comfortable sustaining until the opponent signals defeat. If your opponent unhooks your legs and tries to escape, run your feet away going belly down and sit the opponent upright. Keep the choke on and slowly lie him back while maintaining weight behind his head.
