Firemans Carry Takedown
1 Part Lesson — Marcelo talks about his B-Game Takedown and the Value of Competition: [I] If your opponent is defending all of your initial attempts to connect a takedown with your favorite techniques, close the distance and give up an Underhook for an Overhook. Quickly, use the Whizzer to execute a Fireman's or Firewoman's Carry (Shoulder Wheel, Kataguruma, et al.). Let your tailing leg lower the opponent over your shoulder to the mat as your lead leg helps you press up under his or her hips.
