3 Part Lesson -- Paul shows us a choke, its counter, and a re-counter: Concentrate on supplying pressure into the sides of your opponent's neck via the thinnest part of your forearm, i.e. the 'blade' of your arm. Hang from your opponent's neck and pull your elbows back while curling your head towards your top hand. [03:11] To prevent he choke, push open the elbow of the first arm and swim your hand through the gap, placing your hand on your head, thus blocking the second arm from connecting to your neck. [05:32] If your opponent performs this counter, counter the counter by grabbing the collar and dragging the elbow past your stomach. Finish the re-counter by climbing up to the back and setting your hooks.
