3 Part Lesson -- Marcelo jumps to take the back: If you are behind your opponent and he or she is broken down to all-fours in a quad-pod position, jump from the waist-lock to back control with the Seatbelt. Squeeze tightly with your arms so that your head doesn't drift too far over top. If you miss the hooks and your Seatbelt Control is strong, regain your base on the mat and jump again. [01:37] If you slip off the side and lose position, you can use the Seatbelt to drag the opponent onto your lap to set your hooks. Plant your feet under the opponent's center push diagonally (don't sit on the knee!). [06:36] Prevent your opponent from rolling to the weak-side by bracing with your foot before setting the top hook.
