3 Part Lesson -- Marcelo devises several drills to help maintain Back Control: Have your partner roll away while holding onto the Seat-Belt; keep tight and follow them over. Run your legs away, turn over with your belly down, and walk your partner upright. Use the Seat-Belt to turn them over into the Turtle Position where you can repeat the cycle again. [0:30] If your opponent tries to grab your pants after rolling from the Turtle Position while you're holding on the Seat-Belt, use your grip to help rip them away from your legs. Run your feet away and build them back upright to restart the repetition. [03:29] If your opponent makes a connection to your legs, rock yourself upright and try to use the momentum to help get yourself on top of your opponent's back while separating your legs.
