Advanced Lesson Part 1 of 5 -- Marcelo applies a rotational penetrating step to shoot in on a heavier opponent and avoids getting stuck underneath a reactive sprawl: Whether you start with a lone Collar-Grip, or a grip on your opponent's same-side sleeve/wrist, you can walk your opponent into your take-down. Force your opponent to take a step forward with their leading or trailing foot and lower your level as you change your base for a shot. Swivel around your opponent's leg, as in the case of a wrestler's Outside-Single or Swing-Single, thereby removing yourself out from underneath your opponent's hips and avoiding their sprawl. Once behind with their leg captured, drive into them and work to finish the take-down by Running-the-Pipe as your opponent looks to face you while propped on one foot.

Hello;

To make it effective, how many times should I drill this kind of move?. I normally do 5-4-3-2-1 on my good side, and 3-2-1 on my week.

Thank you,

Michel G.
