3 Part Technique - There are two different positions for the Seatbelt Control from the Back: Laying on the side of your choking arm is best for the choke. Lying on the opposite side, offers the opponent a better chance to escape. While on the chokeside, capture his arm with your top hook and grab onto his free wrist with your choking hand. Pull back on his forehead to reveal a direct path for your choking arm to lock in the Rear Naked Choke. If on the opposite side, use the same grip on his wrist to punch his arm down far enough for your top hook to reach and trap. Maintain one-on-one wrist control and work your choking hand under his chin for the tap. If you can't finish with one arm, remove the one-one-one and use the 'pez dispenser' technique again to sink in the choke. If you can't free your hand for that, you must rely on your one-armed finish; squeeze by bringing your elbow to his shoulder, straight back, and low across his collarbone.
