2 Part Technique - Assume Collar & Elbow Control at the onset of the match and drop into a Hook Lift from Butterfly to pull 1Leg X Guard. Attempt to feed his leg under your armpit with the butterfly hook on the same side as the leg you ensnare into the 1LegX. If he circles passed the first hook, catch his leg with your remaining cross-side hook and lift his leg up just the same. If he circles into the direction of your first hook, simply follow him and snake your way around his leg for the 1Leg X Guard Sweep.
