2 Part Technique - If your Butterfly is folded, concentrate your hands on framing against your opponent's head while you escape your hips to recover the guard. He may be preoccupied with his hands so much so that he leaves his neck exposed for the Guillotine Choke; toss his head across your body and tuck it underneath your armpit. Quickly, clasp your hands together before he has a chance to defend and block his shoulder with your elbow or leg for the finish.
