2 Part Technique - If the opponent forces you to your back while you are controlling 2on1, work from the open guard or reset back into Butterfly depending on your preference. Connect the Triangle by swimming your foot inside or outside depending on how the opponent is blocking your leg. As he concentrates on defending your Triangle attack, use your 2on1 control to force the Omoplata. Use the Elbow as a focal point of control and swing your leg over to initiate the attack.
