Over Under Control from Butterfly, Rear Cross Lapel and Elbow Control Hook Sweep from Butterfly
2 Part Technique - Angle your posture and lower your base to neutralize the opponent's pressure against your Butterfly Guard. The Over Under is a forceful control in Hook Sweeping, unless a larger opponent settles his weight and bases against it, so find more control to move him. Feed the opponent's lapel behind his body to your Under Hook hand and use the extra control to force him into the Hook Sweep.
