Grip Break vs Back Body Lock
1 Part Lesson -- Paul defends against the Rear Waist Lock: Run your hips away from the opponent's, placing weight on top of your opponent's shoulders with your back. Work your hands against both wrists and angle your hip against the opponent's fingers. When the grip breaks, keep hold of the wrists and cut back inside to face your opponent. Turn inside and not outside, catching a Single Leg for a takedown.
