Henrique devises a drill for the end of the class that incorporates cyclical repetition, allowing each partner to continuously flow and learn each position without having to break or reset. Starting from the Mount position, the partner on bottom initiates his escape with the Arm Control Bridge Escape, and lands in Closed Guard with posture. He then breaks the guard, and passes to Side Control, where he looks to move into the Mount position and completely turn the tables on his opponent. Now the other partner may copy the same sequence of movements after being mounted.
