3 Part Technique - If your opponent is turtle'd up so tightly, that you cannot fasten the Seatbelt, then make grips on his collar and belt to yank him over onto his side, and try for the control again before he settles back down on all-fours. If his elbow is blocking you from setting in your bottom hook, pull him up enough to swing in your leg from the front. If he is content laying on his side after you pull him, sprawl with your chest pinning his arm, and sit him upright by locking around the Seatbelt (albeit off-center). Once sitting, readjust your grip so that your chest claims his back and step in between his legs to set your bottom hook. If he rolls you over while holding his collar and belt still, stay off your back and come to your knees with him laying on his side.
