1 Part Technique - Use your base against an opponent's Back Body Lock to protect yourself. If the opponent is stronger, create a better base by putting your hands on the ground. Grab the opponent's exposed heal and force him to sit by leveraging against his leg. Follow through and figure four your legs to completely secure the opponent's leg. Hyper extend his knee by thrusting your hips and pulling his heal.
