Elbow Push and Hip Roll vs Side Control

2 Part Technique - Not only can you use the Elbow Push to counter the Stacking Pass, but also to escape Side Control. If you are unable to push the opponent's arm in front of you to start the Elbow Push, use your hip and roll back into guard.

I think once you clear that first arm with your leg, the triangle is definitely there.
