3 Part Technique - Use Knee on Belly to force the opponent into opening up and exposing himself. The opponent commonly posts against you to relieve the pressure from Knee on Belly. Swim your arms inside his posts, pressuring his furthest arm down, while controlling his nearest arm at the elbow, to attack the vulnerable arm. If the opponent turns into you, transition towards his exposed back instead.
