2 Part Technique - If you mistakenly expose your neck while standing, reach over his shoulder and block at his hip to defend the Guillotine's choke. Walk towards the side to release the pressure and reach under to body slam the opponent down. If you cannot lift the opponent, use your knee as a blocking point to force him down.
