2on1 Armdrag from Standing, Single Leg Takedown, Double Leg Takedown
3 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows how 2on1 Control relates to different takedown set-ups with regard to his opponent's stance and reactions: [I] Grip-Fight to gain control over the opponent's wrist in order to seize his cross-sleeve and form 2on1 Control; i.e. dominion over his arm with cross wrist and elbow control. Forcefully, whip his arm across the space between your mirrored stances and drop down onto his leg for a Single Leg Takedown. [II] If the opponent is asymmetrically matched in his stance with yours, bring his leg within shooting distance by circling away from your target before hitting the Single. [III] If pulling his leg into your shot is not working, toss his arm out of the way and spear his body with a blast Double Leg Takedown.
