Sprawl vs Takedown, Front Headlock, Taking the Back from Front Headlock
2 Part Technique - If the opponent is able to get passed your hands and fore arms, which is the first line of takedown defense, use your hips instead to sprawl against the takedown. Secure the Front Headlock from your sprawl to control the new position. Taking the Back off the Front Headlock is an essential technique to learn because of how often this opportunity is offered to you during takedowns and scrambles from the knees. As always, immediately secure the Seat Belt control when the opponent's back is exposed.
