2 Part Lesson — Marcelo & Josh demonstrate how to Grip-Fight for the Bow-N-Arrow Choke while holding the Escape-Side of Seat-Belt Control: [I] Keeping your head tucked under the opponent's ear to prevent escape, open up the bottom lapel and non-telegraphically latch onto his collar with your top hand. Keep your wrist locked to prevent injury as you pull the collar underneath his chin and hug his near knee after removing your bottom leg, from the top or bottom. [II] Isolate both of your opponents hands with Double Wrist Control from the Back; with his hands held at bay, release his wrist and race his hand to make the grip on his collar. If your grip is loose, take out the slack and use your free hand to pry off his counter-grips.
