2 Part Lesson — Marcelo teaches the Inverted Omoplata: [I] Avoid letting your opponent capture your foot from the Turtle Position while you take his Back with Seatbelt Control; if he does catch you in Reverse Quarter, use your free foot to stomp on his legs as you kick yourself out. [II] If the opponent captures your leg with his arms, ensnare his arm with a figure-four to the outside and transition from the Crucifix to the top with a Reverse Underhook. Lift your hips in the style of an omoplata (but now, reversed or inverted) to finish the opponent in a nasty shoulderlock.
