Hook Lift to Fireman's Carry from Butterfly Guard
3 Part Lesson - Lift the opponent into the air with your Butterfly Hooks and place your feet underneath his hips. The higher you throw the opponent the more time you will have to scramble into position and force the Fireman's Carry.
