Far Side Overhook Armbar from Side Control
1 Part Lesson — Paul educates us on the Reverse Overhook to Farside Armbar: [I] After reversing your hands into the alternate Cem Kilos position; i.e. moving from Underhook & Crossface to Reverse Overhook & Hipcheck, run N/S to drop your shoulder into his framing hand to remove it into danger. Drive along the opponent's diagonal to cut tight around the Overhook and clear space for your feet to catch the Armlock. Use your other arm to catch your fall and hold you in place to land close to the opponent's shoulder. Immediately look to capture the wrist before he has a chance to defend.
