2 Part Lesson — Marcelo counters the "Muscle Sweep" from Closed Guard: [I] If your opponent underhooks your ankle while standing to break open his Closed Guard, and he knocks you backward, lean forward and post your arm behind you to prevent getting swept to Mount. Make a grip on his pants to help push away from the Triangle. [II] If your sleeve is held while he attempts the sweep, make sure to lean in the direction that you can post your hand and remain seated upright.
