2 Part Lesson — Marcelo avoids and counters the Double Under Stack Pass: [I] Lay your legs heavily against your opponent's arms as you seek to control his triceps or sleeves; press his forehead if he gets too close and begins to initiate the stack. Wipe your shin from the outside inward until you can shield against his chest and purchase more room for your other leg to make its way inside. Either attack with the Inverted Armbar or pummel for Double Underhooks after sitting up to complete the recovery. [II] If your opponent won't let you press him away to sit up, keep your elbows tight and form a cross grip on his triceps as you drop his biceps down onto your stomach. Immediately swing your leg across his shoulder and keep it heavy so that he cannot readily build his posture for an escape. Spin out behind his shoulder and quickly sit up to grasp his far shoulder for the Omoplata finish.
