Timing and Unbalancing in 1 Leg X-Guard
Marcelo explains to Phil how to use timing against the opponent by coordinating with their motion. In this specific situation, the opponent is sitting against the in-between position of 1LXG and X Guard, while holding a pant leg. Use motion to force the opponent into letting go of the grip, then continue augmenting towards the momentum to unbalance the opponent into being swept.
