2 Part Drill - Marcelo sets up 3-Person Groups for Two-Minute Rounds of 2-In/1-Out Training: [I] Shorter rounds allow for a greater diversity in training partners, but more importantly, they force you to push yourself hard and make the most out of the limited time you have. 2-Minute Rounds also give you the chance to start again better than the last time. It is important to practice making the most out of a second chance. If things go wrong, you have an immediate access to do something different rather than having to wait for the next practice or in the most extreme case, another two years at ADCC. [II] Tie your belt after you finish. Show your opponent that despite being exhausted, you are ready to go by fixing your Gi and tying your belt around your waist promptly rather than laying down in a mess.
