Arm Control Bridge Escape vs Mount
1 Part Lesson -- Use your elbows to block your opponent from climbing up higher and occupying your armpits with his or her knees. If your opponent inserts his or her hand into your jacket for a Collar Grip, grab the wrist and elbow; pull tightly forcing a connection between your chest and the opponent's forearm. On the same side as the trapped arm, isolate the opponent's foot for the Upa Escape. Bridge over the top of your shoulder rather than turning over onto your side to reverse the opponent from the Full Mount Position.
