Mount to Back Control > Rear Naked Choke
1 Part Lesson -- Paul demonstrates a critical sequence terminating in strangulation: Be mindful of how much weight you allocate and redistribute during control of the Full Mount Position; typically you will want your hips heavy and your hands light and mobile. When your opponent wants to turn over, allow the transition by moderately alleviating pressure and resistance until you can switch to a Technical-Mount or S-Mount Position. If the opponent continues to roll belly down, insert both hooks, readjust your chest behind the line of the shoulders, and fasten the Seatbelt. Execute the Arm-Trap Sequence from the previous lesson culminating in a Rear Naked Choke.
