3 Part Drill -- Paul teaches a top control sequences: Starting from the standing position against your partner's Open-Guard, corral their knees together and vault over the top, sliding down into the Mount Position. Dismount by switching into Knee-on-Belly before coming up to the standing position for a reset. [01:02] This time, your partner will extend both arms holding up your chest when you arrive in the Mount. Execute the basic Armbar from Mount for Self-Defense. [02:05] Lastly, your partner will turn over and expose their back for the taking after you land in the Mount. Set your hooks and fasten the Seatbelt, falling to the Strong-side Control. Have your partner attempt to escape the back position, but maintain control over the top and return to the Full Mount before dismounting with Knee-on-Belly and resetting back to the feet.
