Elbow-Control Arm-Bar from Butterfly-Guard
Marcelo explains how successfully applying the Elbow-Control Arm-Bar is a matter of following and aligning your opponent's elbow/triceps with the extension of your hips. Bridge behind the back of your opponent's arm while cupping their elbow and tucking their wrist under your armpit. Use your hooks/shins to help push your opponent away if they try to close the distance and prevent their arm from hyperextending. You may need to place the soles of your feet higher up on your opponent's body as opposed to direct pressure on the hips in order to compensate for size disparity.
